Glass reinforced plastic lip is durable but thin. It has no self resistance when lure turns along it's axis, that is why BullyBoo, having rather slim profile, creates very active rolling action. Balance of jointed-body and it's shape provide BullyBoo great stability, and you can use irregular and rather active retrieving.
